Interviewed by the manager and the general manager of the department. Been asked technical questions about that section shipping. Also required to solve a fictional scenario about allocation and stowage problem on a vessel to accommodate a 20 m machinery.

Round 1: Jr. HR interview Round 2: Sr. HR + Business representative Round 3: Management representative + Sr. HR Then post clearing interview, they conduct a written test which has a score. They call it LI/PI score. Any score below 20 results in candidate rejection.
