Very well planned, meticulously interviewed. Logical reasoning and Personality Index were the pre-requisites to make it to the Interview. The Interviewer was either a Captain/Chief Engineer who has had years of experience at sea. For the fresher/cadet, the questions were mainly basic about the Ship and the life he/she is going to live there, how much mentally and physically prepared that person is.

Some more it's so easy only non technical questions in the interview, and you should be good is communication , and then don't do any grammatical mistakes while you speak with your interviewer
