First, an administrative staff member called me to invite me for an interview, where I introduced myself in English. The administrative staff said that other personnel would be arranged for further interviews later. A week later, another current intern conducted a second-round interview with me. We first had the interview in English, and then in Chinese. I think the interview went smoothly, but the company did not follow up with me afterward.
