The company evolves with the times and offering a hybrid situation where employees have 2 days a week a home is a nice blend of both working in the office with the flexibility to do so at home too. I'm not sure you know enough about us to talk about fossils and so on. We have a diverse, welcoming workforce with people from internship age to senior level, which is needed in a well staffed company. Also, the survey is truly anonymous. It comes back as aggregated data, not by individual.
