Worst process. Waste of time . I recently had a disappointing experience with a company's hiring process. Despite being informed that I had cleared the first round, I was later told that I hadn't progressed to the next stage. I appreciated the initial enthusiasm and encouragement from the HR representative. However, the subsequent delays and miscommunication led to a prolonged wait, ultimately ending in disappointment.
