I applied online and after 3 weeks i was called for an interview. Despite arriving early for the interview at 10:30am as scheduled i ended up being interviewed at almost 3:00 pm, the panel of 3 individuals had no apologies for the late interview, we were kept waiting for a very long time, plus they seem to already have their own candidates for the job, the interviews are just a formality and a waste of time for other candidates who aren't known by the three individuals😩
