The interview process was extensive but was scheduled efficiently and I was happy to learn about the role from so many different stake holders. This was a genuine role and was an area of need for the company. I can not emphasize enough how great their HR team treated me during the process. They went above and beyond with consistent communication and updates any time a milestone was going to be delayed (even by 24 hours). Honestly, I haven't had such a great experience in my job search. Rosalin at Lytx understands the challenge of her candidates and treats them with genuine respect and kindness. From the start, my candidacy was a little unique as I was coming from a different industry. They saw the value that 'fresh eyes' may bring to the role and considered me to the very end.
