The interview was broken into three parts. The first part involved a phone interview with a Talent Partner followed by a phone interview the manager for the position I was applying for. After that I was invited to do a panel interview with several members of the company in person. The in person interview allowed me to do a brief creative presentation and learn more about the company and the role. Following the interview I was given a tour of the facility. I found everyone to be very responsive with my questions and helpful throughout the entire process.

First step was 2 30-minute phone conversations. Next step was 4 on-site meetings with varying department heads and levels from senior manager to director. I was also asked to do a short creative presentation that went well. Everyone was very personable and easy to talk to. After the interviews, I was given a tour. The facilities are very modern and the views are great. The Acquisition/On-boarding process was professional and friendly. The benefits are fantastic.
