Entretien
I had two phone interviews: an engineering manager, a software architect.
I was asked on OOP concept in general, some projects I worked on, and some algorithm questions.
For the onsite interview, interviewers focused on unit tests, design patterns, agile, and OOP.
The interview process was pretty smooth and people were courteous.

Panel interview with 7 people at once. With so many people in interview, and only 2 hours, most people hardly had a chance to ask more than 1 or 2 questions.

Simple interview for a simple job. Actually wrote code in IntelliJ. I liked that aspect of it. At least they didn't make you attempt to remember all the Java libraries you use.

The interview itself was OK. It was not very hard. The interviewers were nice. However the company seems really weird. They just laid off forty some people yet they are still hiring. And the hiring managers seem to be incapable of deciding what they are looking for.
Also beware of certain recruiter working for the company. He is not even trying to pretend that he represents the interest of the candidate.
