Unreliable interview process, unreliable contracting process and overworked staff that need help immediately without training new recruits. I received an offer, but the contract was not great and they changed their mind when I couldn't start soon enough. It seems I should have started yesterday. Don't expect to be able to finish up anything before you start, be ready to work immediately, and without any vacation or days off.
