Was contacted by a head hunter and referred to the company. About 2-3 weeks later I had a introductory video interview with HR to cover the basics: prior work history, salary expectations, background experience. I was told that the hiring manager wanted to fill the roll quickly and that they would get back to me ASAP. It took 4 weeks to schedule the interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager explained by stating that this was a high visibility hire and that his manager wanted to be engaged in the interview process but was quite busy and this was slowing the process down. I interview with the hiring manager also included another manager.
