I felt that there was discrimination due to my gender in this particulare role. While the company states they are open minded and focused on diversity, I know that my qualifications where better than at least one other Candidate. The other candidate was called for an in person interview, while I had to follow up to even know whether Id get to move on in the hiring process.

The were 2 interviews, very long. Both took more than 2 hours. First one was 3 hours and almost 1 hour (45 minutes) was spent by the company director to describe their activity, area of business, etc. Nice and very big words to raise your interest in company.
