I started leasing apartments through a temp agency and then became permanent, after about 6 months with the company an opportunity became available for a manager for a smaller unit and I was promoted to manage a property of 117 units

Unstructured, which is fine; Most people need to get used to an unstructured work environment, but it felt as if they were not ready to interview and did not take the process seriously.
