The process was extremely well organized, professional, but also very personable at the same time. It was a three step process which included a phone interview with HR, a phone interview with management, then a final in-person interview/presentation.

I had two screening phone interviews and one in-office 3 hour interview. Talked with 5 current employees. Gave 20 minute presentation on job related hypothetical event and how I would respond. Everyone was very nice throughout the whole process.
