Several phone interviews and coffee chats followed by analytics test and on-site HQ interviews. Very straight forward interview process with exception to the analytics test. Easy test for those with extensive Excel experience, advanced formulas and pivot tables. Overarching themes: business growth, analytical ability, and marketing strategies.

Who would you hire, why, and how would you pay them?
Interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by hiring manager, then 3 panel interviews. The final interview was onsite with the hiring manager. The entire process took almost one month.
Recruiter was informative and straightforward, offered tips and insight on how to succeed. The interview process itself was 4 rounds. The first was with the hiring manager and the other two were with team mates or counterparts. Each interview was 30 mins all on the same day

Math test, excel test, and 2 rounds of online interview, one with recruiter and one with hiring manager of the location you are expected to work from. At the end I asked them what their concerns were and they did not answer
