Panel was three people. Two were peers from other markets, one from a cross-functional partner. Basically checking cultural fit.

Great and informative interview process! Everyone on the team was professional and embodied the Lyft culture. Recruiter was easy to work with and organized! I've been with the company for three weeks now, and definitely liking it so far.

Average difficulty, also included take home test. There were 3 round of interviews that included a presentation of take home test. Everyone was friendly and answered all questions I had
The interview was timely, professional, to the point, the interviewer discussed the salary up front to avoid wasting anyone's time or efforts. Overall it was a very beneficial friendly discussion
