J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lyft (San Francisco, CA) en avr. 2016
Entretien
There were eight interviews, all one-to-one, including four over skype/phone and four done face to face. In the middle of those there was a 90 minute online numerical/written/logic test (with excel data to download and analyse, then answer a bunch of statistical questions and insights, plus writing portions ranging from one line to a few paragraphs) and a one hour presentation (that I had to prepare over the course of a few days and make to an executive).

Question 1
The regulations in a state have changed the way we have to onboard drivers, mandating that the company gets vehicles formerly appraised by a licensed center. All vehicles have to be re-appraised and vehicles have to be periodically re-appraised by the center. How would you set this up? Other questions were like this - based on real world experience with Lyft and requiring high level (not too detailed) operational plans.
Interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by hiring manager, then 3 panel interviews. The final interview was onsite with the hiring manager. The entire process took almost one month.
Recruiter was informative and straightforward, offered tips and insight on how to succeed. The interview process itself was 4 rounds. The first was with the hiring manager and the other two were with team mates or counterparts. Each interview was 30 mins all on the same day
