Applied for Senior Billing Specialist role and completed initial interview. Followed up multiple times over 2 weeks via email for a status update and received no response from the recruiter. Recruiter was later out of office with no backup contact provided. Lack of basic communication throughout the process felt unprofessional.
*Advice to Management:*
Set up backup contacts for recruiters on leave and provide closure to candidates after interviews. Even a rejection email is better than silence.
