I applied for the position of Java Developer at Faridabad through an careers website. I got a call from them about 2-3 weeks later. First round was a telephonic round where they asked me fundamental data structures questions. I got a call for the face to face interview. Questions were based on projects in my resume and how I implemented them. I was asked to draw a schema for the database I had created and Depth first search algorithm which were easy. Then a aptitude question. The next F2F round was by a 'senior' person. He asked me some aptitude questions and a coding question. I answered them but he didn't understand my method. He said that there another way to do it. I asked him what that was to which he said that 'I'm not sure but it is something like this....' . This continued on for pretty much of the rest of the interview. He had by hearted answers to some questions and come to interview me. He forgot those answers too. The worst experience ever. Also, no java based questions at all (I applied for java developee role).
