I showed up to my interview 15 minutes early but was forced to wait due to the crowded lobby. Everyone was dressed business professional and I enjoyed the music playing from the back room. The energy was something I wasn't used to in normal corporate America. But after about 30min of waiting I sat down with the hiring director for about 15minutes. He explained to me the prelim was designed to be fairly brief and if i made it passed the preliminary there would be two more to follow. The gentlemen made me feel very comfortable and was really interested in learning about me and what I could see myself doing long term. He explained they were in demand to fill multiple lucrative positions, to support there growing culture. We closed after laying out a brief job description, he then was very open to answer any and all of my questons.
