first section of one and a half hour: technical brainstorm on a lighting control system
second section of one and a half hour: role play behavior test, I played as an new employee in Product Support Team and went to solve a tough product issue assigned by my "supervisor"
The whole process took 2 weeks. It took 1 hour.in length. The interview included both behaviral and technical questions. I got the result 2 weeks later. Overall, it is tedious.
