The hiring process was difficult considering I was only interviewing for a sales role for which they have a 4 week training program and consider an entry level role. I received an email to do a phone screen, which was pretty easy. A few days later, I received an email invitation to come in person to interview with the department. There was a role play and a timed test that had mathematical and other analytical questions. From there, I had a group and 1 on 1 interview with the team members and told by the HR representative that I would hear back in 1 week, which I did. Overall, I think the interview process was okay but disorganized as one of the interviewers was thrown in to interview me even though they weren't supposed to be there. It was also a bit of a surprise that they even considered me for a sales role with my background not being in sales.

It was multiple stages and was a standard behavioral interview. Interviewed with someone in the office first and then with an HR person. Was mostly laid back but felt like the second lady had already made up her mind about me before the interview and seemed like she did not care for anything I had to say even if a gave a good answer or said something interesting.

I had 3 different phone interviews. They were all pretty relaxed and the interviewer actually seemed to be interested in all that you had to say. It was more conversational than anything.
