J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lutron Electronics (Londres, Angleterre) en janv. 2012
Entretien
You can expect 2 or 3 interviews. The first one will usually be over the phone. You will be asked for some basic questions about your work experience and some basic technical questions. The 2nd interview will be at the head office in London. You will meet several managers and engineers, usually one at a time over a period of 2 hours. They will ask for more details about your work experience and will ask for some more technical questions about electricity, lighting equipment and electronics. The last part of the interview will be a written technical test. The 3rd interview will be a bit less formal and will be mostly related to your work experience.

This process was overly long to no benefit. It seemed that the process was this long to "find the right candidate," however, this can also indicate a lack of faith in the management.
