I had one phone interview which asked mainly behavioral questions with some other questions directed at my resume and experience. I was then flown up to their headquarters for their "interview day". This day lasted from about 8am-4pm and consisted of about 7 different interviews done by about 9 different people. It started with a sales presentation (which I had been told to prepare), then followed with role playing and other fairly standard interviews.
