After applying online, I was contacted for an initial phone interview. This was about two weeks from when I sent my online application. The phone call lasted about one hour and later that day I received an email stating that I was not offered the position. The call consisted of a couple of basic behavioral questions followed by technical questions regarding theory behind lighting controls.
