I was just questioned upon my work ethic and interest in learning. Essentially, the management is just looking of individuals who are interested in learning. A good work ethic and general goals of learning about computers is definitely a plus as the manager was a bank full of knowledge awaiting to have his brain picked by curious students and volunteers alike. The interview was more of a matching of you interest as opposed to gauging your qualifications to be there.
