Initial HR interview followed by an on site interview in Poole. Interview and people met were nice, that is the only positive. However, it is clear that internal communications between internal management and stakeholders at LUSH is extremely poor. This was made apparent in the poor handling of the post-interview process and this came off as highly unprofessional and the handling was simply unheard of. Upper Management clearly views employees as disposable and not worth investing into. Thinks it can get away with it simply because it is a famous brand name. Upper Management does not adhere to its own company ethical values as posted on their website, its a facade, and it's shameful. Do not be fooled. Avoid.
