J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lush (Poole, Angleterre) en juin 2016
Entretien
The session consisted of two group tasks and individual interviews. It was about four hours long in total.
In the first group task we were asked to make comforters. We were given the instructions and ingredients then left to it. It was a lot of fun, and we got to keep the comforters at the end!
In the second group task we split into two groups of three and had to prepare a presentation and create an event for Lush employees. We were given simple instructions which meant we could all interpret it differently and bring different things to our event/presentation. During this activity all the individual interviews took place. The reasoning being that you could be pulled away during your everyday work to do something else, and that communication was key between ourselves to ensure everybody knew what was going on still.
The one on one interviews were very relaxed and it was more of a friendly chat about why you wanted to work for Lush and then you were given a couple of scenarios and asked how you would act in that situation.
Overall my experience was very positive and I thoroughly enjoyed myself even though I was unsuccessful in securing the position. Everybody was very welcoming and extremely nice and made you feel at ease.

Question 1
You're on the phone to somebody having a conversation, and somebody else walks in to the welcome area up to you. What do you do?
