I applied online. Got called into an in person interview and spoke with two managers. I know some people do multiple interviews but I ended up receiving an offer on the spot after one interview.

Entretien
Called once to set up an interview, very quick and efficient in their call. Interviewed two days later, very friendly team. Was interviewed by two separate people, asked mostly about personality, scheduling, and some random other questions.

On the spot interview, when submitting application that I had previously downloaded, printed out, and completed prior to coming to the restaurant. Contacted me with final the next week for a final interview and was hired during that meeting.
