I interviewed with the owner. He gave me a great tour of the office and very detailed description of the job. Then for the rest of the interview he spend most of the time talking. He hardly asked me any questions and didn't even ask to see my portfolio. Even though the position seemed to carry a lot of responsibility he said it was an "internship" and they were only paying $10/hr.

I arrived to initial interview, but principle opted not to to attend so I met with two designers. They gave me instruction to design something that might align with their product offering. I was invited in for a second interview where I met several more staff and they reviewed my portfolio and concept.
