After the initial screening by the recruiter, I went through several rounds of remote interviews with the hiring manager, VP of sales, and VP of Mobile video. Following this, I was invited for an onsite interviews with the Hardware Product Manager, Chief Product Officer, and the hiring manager (to discuss feedback from other interviewers). The day after the onsite interview, the recruiter called me to inquire about my interest in receiving an offer, to which I responded positively. Subsequently, a call was arranged between myself and the Chief People Officer to discuss compensation, during which they mentioned that an offer would be sent to me soon. However, since then, I have not received any communication from the company. I attempted to reach out to the recruiter, who promised to call me back but did not. It goes without saying that I found their behavior highly unprofessional, and I feel that my time was wasted without any consideration. At the very least, they could have offered to compensate me for the time invested..
