I was interviewed by one person . I was asked about my educational background family and was informed the job role i will have. Overall it was a good experience.

Horrible experience. The management will need to look at HR process in South locations (Chennai and Pondy). They will call you in the evening to attend the interview next day morning in another part of city(Such planned and organized team. Wow :X). Post the interview, they will not tell you the result as well (selected, not selected, hold, etc.) No closure of the email or the process. Absolute careless, unprofessional, and unorganized bunch of people. Note to Recruiters: How you talk to candidates talks about your organization. Value your people. No wonder why I was asked on how to manage attrition...well, the answer is pretty clear on your behavior, guys.
