Fun process, but incredibly long with poor communication throughout. Ended up going through 5 interviews + a case study over the course of 3.5 months and then ended up waiting 4 weeks to hear a final decision (which was no...which is fine!). Process was not well managed. However, the interviews were interesting, with a mix of traditional behavioural questions and out of leftfield questions (e.g., Mac or Windows, favorite font). I really enjoyed everyone I met and felt like it was a good work culture overall. Interviews and case studies weren't that tough.
