On campus resume drop during an information session at my University. Got a coding challenge within a week. Had a 30 mins phone screen with an engineer where I had to explain what I did in the coding challenge and a few basic problems. Later, had another phone screen / on-site with the hiring manager.
Reasonable and respectful
Was not probed just on the technical side of things, but also on the personality side of things. It was a good experience.
First interview with an HR, then a couple more with the manager and some members of the team.

Entretien
The interview consisted of a meeting with the Team Lead. The interviewer discusses about lumentum and how the company is, what the team is working on and general information. The interviewer also discusses about my resume, and what expereiences I have had in the past followed by question regarding my past work places.
After the interview, I was called and informed that I have passed the interview, and that I will be moving forward with the selection process.
