There is definitely a lack of transparency and honesty with the interviewing panels. I finished each interview with, is there anything I did not provide enough detail on, or were any of my answers not clear. Smiling heads all is good, only to find out when I wasn't selected that the interview panel wanted more detail about xyx. Failure to follow up in a timely manner on status and next steps in the process. I will also add that I experienced how petty some hiring managers can be during this process. Focusing on something that had absolutely nothing to do with my knowledge or experience or the role I was applying for. Lumen has a new CEO and she is instituting a ton of changes and in my opinion leaders at all levels of the company are trying to hold onto how things used to be and their legacy behavior's and attitude made my particular interviewing experience extremely poor. I would not recommend applying and if you do, be careful of the hiring manger you are working for.
