2 cycles of interviews very detailed oriented lots of questions not situational. friendly and promoted next steps. did not take long to hear back and was made an offer within two weeks of interview

Video screening was a great experience. I see why it was used. You were asked questions and given multiple opportunities to answer, review, and record. There were practice questions before the 3 actual questions.

After applying I received an email prompting me to complete a video recording of me answering questions, along with playing some games to analyze my personality. I spent 4 hours prepping for the question portion of the interview and never received a response from a human being.
