Received a link for a video interview. Each question had 2 tries in video recording. Very awkward one way no feedback process and does not give a chance for a candidate to shine. Very disappointing that company would use video recording instead of fave to face conversation. Have not heard back from anyone once video was submitted, not even an automated response. Will avoid any video recording companies in the future.
