J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lumanu

Had an initial call with their head of recruiting, who was great to talk to, very pleasant and informative. Everything about the company seemed great and he was very open.
1st technical interview was with a 3rd party company called Karat. Horrible experience. First task was to "describe a problem you've worked on and its solution," which is fine, except I was expected to do it in 5 minutes, which is not a reasonable amount of time to describe any interesting problem, much less its solution. Coding challenge was mostly fine, but a dumb "gotcha" kind of question with a needless time limit. The interviewer was also unfriendly, acted like a robot, and had a mic that made him almost impossible to understand.

Interview is between 3-4 rounds, beginning with an initial phone screen with a recruiter or representative and then a paired programming session interview that’s outsourced. You select through a platform a date and time. Beyond this there is more interview interaction with actual company employees.

Process was fair and the employees come from talented backgrounds. The interviewers were genuinely interested in my experience and skills. The process had several rounds. Some had coding others were just conversational.
