A 3-stage process of 1st stage telephone interview, 2nd stage interview and presentation, and an online numerical and logical thinking assessment. The interview was fairly straightforward without many challenging questions, the presentation was on 'your favourite holiday destination', and the online test was similar to many IQ tests.

Application online, teams interview scheduled.
the teams meeting was without video, the recruiter asked me basic questions.
She couldn‘t answer basic questions about the job or any about salary, business or the team.
She wanted to provide me about more information and the next steps after the next days, but never responsed on any mails or calls.
Unprofessional work ethic, lack of knowledge and missing interpersonal skills.
