The hiring manager did not respect the candidate at all, she asked me what I would like to get from the job, I told her I want to learn more hr, she said she would not give opportunities to a candidate who had not got a hr degree. And she stressed I lack of experience of administration. Then why do you still call me for an interview? They seems like to call people for interview without reading their resumes beforehand.
