After I applied, I was contacted via email and after deciding on a time, I received a phone call. The call lasted about 30 minutes. Basic questions, etc. After that, I was contacted via email again to have an in-person interview. I felt the interview went well. I never got the job, and that is completely understandable. If they didn't see that I fit the role, I can understand. I'm giving the overall experience a negative rating because I never heard back. Not an email, not a phone call, nothing. It's been several months.
