Pretty standard mid-senior engineering interview process, maybe a bit more academic than most. I interviewed 1:1 with 3 members of the technical team. High points: Well-thought-out questions and discussion to analyze problem solving and highlight relevant experience. Some EV-specific questions. Low points: Better part of an hour spent writing string-manipulation code on paper. Moderately challenging but unnecessarily tedious.
