6-part process. You need to know your stuff and you’d better be able to talk about it concisely. Friendly interviewers, and a lot of vibes made the process a lot friendlier than you’ll find from most OEMs.

5 interviews: recruiter, Sr. recruiter, rm, executive. Sr. recruiter interview was painful, they loved speaking about themself but made it sound like you had a rambling issue - that person spoke for 30 mins of the 45 min interview.
