      My experience speaks more to the lack-there-of process. Applied online->response one month later to set up appointment through email link->confirmation of interview date Day of interview: click on link for interview, wait on bridge for five minutes. Email recruiter to re-confirm interview, no response. 15 minutes into 30 minute interview slot (morning) , receive phone call from HR rep mentioning IT issues, no harm there. We agree upon time later in the afternoon to speak and that they would call directly. Afternoon interview slot: 5 minutes into 30 minute interview session, no call. I log into link initially provided just in case, nothing. 10 minutes into 30 minute slot, no call. 15 minutes into 30 minute slot, I email HR rep once more to reconfirm time and if that day didn´t work, no worries, we can just reschedule. Nothing. Over a week later, nothing. No bother following up if this initial contact with the company is even the slightest of indications of how it could be working IN the company. Was truly excited (like all other applicants), but quick reality check forced me to think otherwise.

      Possibly the worst interview experience I have had in my entire career. The most incapable recruiters I have ever encountered. I interviewed at Lucid for over three months. The recruiter reached out, we had a chat, and I moved on to the second round with a team member/expert. That round was rescheduled three times at the last minute due to scheduling conflicts on their end. During the interview, it was clear that the interviewer was overwhelmed—they kept talking to someone on the side while conducting the interview. After that, there was no communication despite multiple follow-ups. Three weeks later, they finally responded, saying they now wanted to set up an interview with the hiring manager. That interview went well, and I then proceeded to four final rounds with team members. Some of the interviewers in the panel showed up without even knowing what they were interviewing for. When I asked, they admitted they had never worked with the specific team I was interviewing for and didn’t know why they were on the panel. So bizarre—why would you set up interviews with random people who have no knowledge of the role or team? One of the interviewers couldn’t make it at the scheduled time, so the interview had to be rescheduled. Additionally, two other interviews were added to my calendar at the last minute without even checking my availability. Unprofessional, but okay—whatever. After nine rounds and wasting three months, one would think they’d at least have the decency to provide a final response, whether it was an offer or a rejection. But no—the recruiter never followed up despite multiple attempts to reach out. Pin-drop silence. The level of unprofessionalism I experienced with this company, especially from the recruiters, is beyond words. Just a colossal waste of time. Hopefully, no one else has to go through this horrible experience. The culture you experience during the interview process reflects the company's internal issues—perhaps explaining why the company is struggling and its stock is declining. I never write negative reviews, and I have a pretty high tolerance for setbacks, but this experience just pushed me to the edge.

      Totally flawed / inefficient interview process with huge group of people (6-8), denied finally . This happened 2 times all cycle and preparation takes several hours to days . One irrelevant question from one person can derail the whole efforts though you would be fully qualified for the role. Some of the interviewers have ineffective questions that’s too risky .
