Very unprofessional and left a very sour taste, was left wondering if I should take an offer even if I was given one. The recruiter only ever contacted me via email, that to only to set up the next meeting. No phone call to even explain the process. After 2 screens and a 5 hour final round, no one got back to me. After following up with the recruiter, she emailed me saying they recommend me for a different role and if I'd be okay with that - a role that is not even relevant to my current role (from management to testing). My role and experience is quite a perfect match for their role so their switch was quite baffling to me. When I asked to learn more, they said they will find out and get back to me. No response. It's almost as though the whole world is dying to join lucid and will take any position that is offered.
