Entretien
I first interviewed for a Customer Development Analyst role. The interview process began with a phone screening, followed by a 3 hour long in-person interview with 5 different members of the team. It was determined that I could potentially be a better fit for a different role and began again from a phone screen to another 3 hour in-person interview with the Project Success team. While no offer was made and the process was intense, it was a very positive experience. The Lucid team takes great pains to ensure they find the right fit! I highly recommend applying if you're considering it.

Process starts with a phone screen, this is then followed by two sets of in person interviews with managers, then with directors. Tend to hire in waves, so new hires tend to start together.
