I interviewed with a recruiter which was a standard screening conversation. The next interview was with the hiring manager over Zoom. It was scheduled for an hour and it was a very casual conversation which was nice. But they said that none of the sales associates had sales experience which I felt was alarming potential red flag. It made me question how they measure qualified applicants so I withdrew my candidacy. They let me know there were more interviews though.
