I arrived a bit early for the interview and met a few team members, before getting a tour of the facility. Everyone at the beginning of the interview was very friendly and welcoming, however my main interview was with the then-Design Director, who was incredibly late. She finally arrived after an hour of waiting and didn't offer any apologies. She then quickly glanced at my resume and grilled me on why I left one of my jobs after only a year and a half. I never received next steps after the interview, even after following up about the position multiple times.
