Initial phone contact requesting interview with the Chef. Followed up with preparation of 3 entree/appetizer of my choice to present to the Chefs of restaurant and sister restaurant. A few days after that was invited back for a working interview where I worked the line, helped prep for evening service. A few days later I was offered the position.
