The interview panel were good and the entire process took over a week. The HR/founder never directly connected over call. I suppose due to language barrier. They hired me for part time position starting in next 15-20 days. Got the offer over email and resigned from my company. Everything seemed good. But, as soon as the joining date was about to come, HR told me that they can not sign a contract right now and I shall join full time. I agreed. But they did not sent me new offer for 3 weeks. HR keeps ignoring my message and emails. After getting joining confirmation, they never sent me contract to start full time. HR keeps on ignoring my message and mails. All of a sudden, one day he just asked if I am willing to relocate (only 15 days left for joining), I politely declined as initial role was full remote. But he did not inform me anything else. I was suppose to join on tomorrow and their is no news from them. Being a startup, this is not at all good. And a very bad impression. It feels, even founders are not well organized and does not have good plans for company growth and future. My advise: just think twice before joining them.
